Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Your Package
Place the unused, sealed hair color products back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
